| Yeah, apparently neither of the two people who previously had our number felt it was necessary to pay their bills. This one particular bill collector called all the time, even at 9 pm on a Sunday night. Isn't there a cutoff time? Last time I asked to speak with a supervisor and explained that we've had this number since August. I offered to send her a copy of our bill. She said that wasn't necessary and she would take us off the list. They haven't called since. Try speaking with a supervisor. I won't say it will definitely work, but it's worth a try. |
