I'm not being negative, I think I'm being realistic. If he would have said this six months ago, I think those of us adamantly against McVain would have rallied behind him.
I'm a pragmatist. I really hate to say that. I have limited skills in the computer field, enough to make a small company successful, but that's about all. I'm a realist about risk vs achievement. That's what I do for the companies I represent, and I've very good at what I do. There has to be a commitment of cash, to fund several fronts. He has to get the nomination, one. He has to fund the troops on the ground, even with volunteers, they need his name on the ballot in ALL fifty states. If not, he's gone. He needs enough funds to finance polling to see if he can get enough electoral votes to force a faceoff. What if nobody gets enough votes to win the Presidency outright? I really hate to say this because I REALLY like this guy, he's the only one with the gonads to say what's on the mind of 90 percent of folks like me. But without the money to make it all work, it ain't gonna work.
Let me know with some details of his funding and after he gets nominated, my wife and I got plenty of time and expertise. We can help. PM me after the nomination. | |
