Nah. I'll bet half of voters couldn't even name all three candidates still left in the race. They will go to the polls and vote for either the Democrat or the Republican, without really knowing anything about that person.
I was in the Wal-Mart the other day and the cashier, trying to make conversation, commented that it was crazy for the Republicans to raise the sales tax and gas prices when so many people were "struggling". I think she is the norm, not you or me.
