So, when an ad says "the discriminating buyer purshases our brand", they mean what?

Bru, discrimination is discrimination. When you are prejudiced based upon race, as you defined racism, you are racist. If that is a prejudice for, or a prejudice against, it's still a prejudice.

We won't get into whether blacks are voting in the primary race at a higher or lower level than precedent would demonstrate, which may (or may not) undermine your statement that there has been no demonstrated tendency for blacks not to vote for whites. That's a whole different issue, and I'm not going to go there. But, using race as a determining factor (for or against) is racist.
