Yes, it's due to experiences. And, quite frankly, there were no black people involved. That's my whole point - I don't care who is doing the crime, just that the crimes are being done. And, if you compare crime stats, I think you'll agree that (compared to sleepy little St. Mary's County) the crime is significantly more violent, and frequent.
