I always acknowledge what a tough job these cops have. I'm so glad that you both took advantage of the counseling offered. I don't care how tough you are, going through something like that will take time to get your lives back to "normal". The main thing is that he understands that he did what he had to and it's better that some thug is dead instead of him.
