Cops have it tougher, imo. You don't know who is going to try and kill you. Similar to what's happening now in Iraq, and similar to Nam. Can't tell who the enemy is.
The counseling is important, helps keep your head on straight. The world is really pretty nasty out there.
If your husband wasn't upset, he wouldn't be human.
