I remember when my mom had a heart attack. I was racing down 301 as fast at the POS would go.
That night, if someone would've cut me off and jammed their brakes like they always do on Rt. 5 or in La Plata, I would've had no problem slamming into them and watching them roll into a ditch.
Unfortanently, we've got all these wonderful Citizen Police who go out and try to police the roads. If someone's going the speed limit, that's fair game, I'll bite my tongue and back off. But if they're going under the speed limit (and especially if they're in the Left Lane), I'll get as close as I need to and "draft" off them.
It should be legal to "bumpdraft" these people that drive below the speed limit in the left lane. If they don't have a turn signal on and there's no red coming up and no cars right in front of them, there's no reason for them to be on their brakes and driving so slow.
