And my account is new because of how I found this forum. I was googling for news articles about Sam's death. I found this, along with two Washington Post articles and video clips from fox 5 and NBC 4. I read through all of the comments, was more than a little upset by them, and felt the need to make an account and comment.

Since you're saying this happens every time someone dies, I'd guess I'm not too unusual in how I'm dealing with my grief.
Uh, yes I have. I lost a brother, both parents and several friends. The computer is the last thing I think about. I would rather be with other family members, friends, etc. than staring at a computer screen. I guess everyone has their own way of dealing with the loss of someone close.
