That's why Olbermann was so good when he went to MSNBC. He didn't want/need/use a teleprompter and could cover breaking news and interviews without having someone else tell him what to say.

Sports people don't have teleprompters and have to do all the commentary on their own. Personally, I think that's how it should be.  |

I have seen him on more than one occassion work around a Teleprompt eff up, and he gives good input to the stories (input not on the prompter
