Three 2nd degree burglaries is not petty theft... guess the arson charge is nothing as well.
4th degree burglary is still not close to petty theft - but a thief is a thief.
A cookie is not a truck, plus if he was not trying to act like thug-nasty acting like he had a "9" he would have gotten shot now would he?
