here is what I might do if I was in his position.
I would try to snag one of those grocery store jobs, maybe a night shift putting cans on a shelf if thats what they wanted me to do.
then I would spend every damn dollar I made on an education.
Nothing wrong or embarrassing about working a store like that, plus it pays well.
problem is that the "man" is going to make you earn your keep and he is not going to put up with any crap or attitude.
I wonder if he is man enough to hold in his comments long enough to use the store as a door to an education and a good job. |
