Make bathrooms for the people that want to be transgendered or for the people that don't mind the law.
When you go to malls and stuff they have those family bathrooms..why don't they just make a one stall bathroom for co-ed use. If the bathroom is marked Female, then female only, if it is marked male, then male only, and the ones that are marked with both can have a urinal and stall for convenience of both genders.
Doesn't that make more sense than sharing bathrooms and having an open oppurtunity for children, men, and women, to being exposed to the possiblity of being molested or even exposed?
If I saw a transgendered person in the bathroom with me, I probably wouldn't think any different, because in their mind they are a man/woman. They would use the bathroom that in their mind, suits them the best. Mens rooms have stalls as well, so if a trangendered woman were to go into the mens room(I have used the mens room as well on those gotta go and I'm not waiting in that damn line) she would have her privacy as well as a man in a womans room. So, why make this law? Doesn't make sense? Just gives an open oppurtunity for crime to happen in the county? JMO
