The info that IS given refers to a "database," not microchips or gps locators on the kids, even though that's what the term "tracking" implies these days. Sounds like she wants all of the school records in the state computerized and all the social service interventions computerized, both of which are already computerized, although not readily available outside the corresponding agency. She would also add to this medical record information, which is against federal law to disseminate and involvement in after-school activities, which I can't even begin to imagine how they would be able to demand those records of private agencies. |
