Wrong. It's aimed at reducing the healthcare costs for small businesses.
Show me where it's "GIVING" healthcare to anyone. I'm sure the very same people who are going to reap the benefits of this are also paying into it. In fact, I know my Stepdad (who is a small-business owner) is paying into it.
