The people right next door say it is the saddest thing to watch.

Why would you bother to have a pet and treat it that way. Wife DOES NOT appear to work, so I can't understand not letting her in for some attention during the day. I just watched her try to drag her back inside the fence and the dog rolled over on the ground, as if to say "would YOU want to go back there?"

So, I'm thinking of approaching them and asking if they would like some help finding a good home for her. Someone PLEASE stop me! I know she's fed and probably has some shelter, which is more than many have, but it really gets to me for some reason.
I didn't realize you lived around me

My neighbor does the same thing to thier dog....I have lived in this house for over a year now and I have yet to see that dog go in the house
