The monster dog absolutely hates being inside. Hates hates hates it!! and makes it very well known that he wants to go back outside. I feel like an evil dog mommy sometimes cause he's outside, but that's where he is happy, barking at the neighbors, the ups man, eyeballing the birds and rabbits, mistaking turtles for toys and wallowing in dirt - all to my utter dismay. I drag him inside in the afternoon only to have him aggravate the crap out of me all night wanting to go back outside.
Thank goodness the other dog is a momma's boy and wants to be inside all the time getting snuggles and being brushed and sprayed with perfume.
I talk to my neighbors that I see and have apologized for the monster dog, but everybody seems to be very understanding. I say talk to your neighbor, she could be shy and maybe it could set your mind at ease.
