| You need to have a Load Calc done. You could introduce zoning into your house. It is not the best option but being that you most likely dont want to rip things out and start over it would be the cheapest. I had to put that into my house and it made all the difference. I was in the same situation as you except I also had to replace my condenser because of the owners neglect. My house was 5 yrs old at the time.
