Ballsy to throw something out there that can be so easily checked. He didn’t even show up to vote for it. Not the first time he’s exaggerated his responsibilities in Congress either, as Ace reminds us, and of course he’s not a stickler about carrying out the responsibilities he actually does have. He sure can give a speech, though, can’t he? Obama: Hey, remember when I came up with the plan for that stimulus bill? Democrats: Um, no
