I can get past Rev. Wright, even though I think he's a race baiting America-hater. But for the President of the United States to count among his friends an admitted criminal who should be in prison right now - I have a problem with that.
And the Barack people can say all they want that Obama was only 8 years old when Ayers committed his crimes; he is not 8 years old NOW. Although he acts like it and is counting on his loyal fans to either be A) completely stupid; or B) agree with his radical Leftist views.

I don't have friends like that either, but I don't do background checks on my friends. To be honest, I'd never heard of Ayers before this stuff started coming around. I also couldn't tell you the names of people committing terrorist attacks when I was in elementary school. Unless someone told me, I'd be naive.
Also you left out option C. C = hope that even with all of that crap, they still manage to prefer him over McCain/Palin. Some people aren't happy with some of his BS, but would take him over those two (at least Palin anyway, ugh!!). It's not like we have great options running right now. Just like 2000 and 2004. yay for america...
