and i saw the debate, and actually listened when Obama stated his opinion.
He clearly stated that he himself would not meet those leaders without precondictions, but that he would have his underlings meet with their without precondiction, which was exactly kissingers position.
now you may have an old clip of him stating he would. I am just telling you what i heard him say in the debate.
