However, i think i got burnt for the $300 2008 Stimulus rebate...that was for THIS year, not last... anyways...i decided it wasnt worth the hassle/debate to even mention that check shouldve been mine... what's $300 vs. no-winning debate... anyways... another friend of mine got divorced in 06'... they have 3 kids... one year he claims 2 kids, she claims one and the next year he claims 1 and she claims 2. nothing set in stone - it's all part of the "parenting agreement" the courts make you have written up and if you cant "agree", the judge will decide - and it's not given that the custodial parent gets to claim all the kids. one year vs. the next 10-14 yrs of being able to claim both kids works for me...i say i won that one!! |  Wow you aren't so nice after all are you  |
