I had one a long time ago and canceled it when they gave me a this crap about how my credit report wasn't good and they were going to raise my rate to 21%....they didn't send me any notice and luckily I looked at the bill....I asked them who's credit they were looking at as mine was excellant and they were full of it
Bank of America tried to do the same thing to me about 5 months ago to my business card....I laughed at them when they told me I didn't make enough and my credit history with them wasn't good(I always pay it off early)....they were trying to raise my rate from 4% to 21%
Needless to say, I got it straight, paid off the card and haven't used it since
