Spend the money on the kids who want an education and let society sort out the others. Do people realize that if you force good students to be around students who do not or will not care about education you bring the good students down a notch?

So you're saying that if a kid who grows up in an environment of parents who don't work, and live off of the system, doesn't feel like going to school and learning, that we should just let them drop out? I would prefer to have a generation of kids who are better than their parents, not ones who give up their potential because of bad examples.
Also..I never hung around the type of kids who were all nerdy and into doing their work, and even hung around ones you'd probably say didn't care about their education, and I did just dandy in school...and mostly took honors classes and above
