Well, first off, no man has ever had a baby. You're more right with the "confused identity" label - when you have a vagina and no penis, you are not a man. Someone needs to let the Today show in on this basic fact.
What of them? They are physically one gender or another ("she-males" not included). I'm not sure how they're legally classified, and I think their percentage is even lower than the roughly 2% of homosexuals in the nation, so I can't say I'm even close to versed on how a hermaphrodite is classified in gender.

No prejudice is applied, no discrimination. One man, one woman, regardless of race, color, creed, national origin, funny spelling of name, occupation, sexual orientation, dog v cat person, etc.
