Actually, it's not.
See, people going to a theater and being selected out based upon race, color, creed, or sexual orientation would be discriminatory.
No one is saying that a black person can't marry, but a white person can (or vice versa). No one is saying that a homosexual can't marry, but a heterosexual can. They're saying that "marrying" consists of a man and woman formally joining in a legal union. And, in the case of California, a man and man or woman and woman can ALSO join in a a legal union, but that union has a different name (because it's a different type of union, made up of same gendered people instead of opposite gendered people).
Again, a heterosexual who chooses a civil union with another person of the same gender is able to get a civil union, and a homosexual who chooses to enter a marriage with someone of the opposite gender may get married. No one is denied anything, nor discriminated against.
But, nice try. Next time, think through what you say before you "hurf durf" an answer.
