A sitting President decides ties in US Supreme Court and in this case as it is a Presidential election and it originated here then ONLY a sitting President can decide it. It was not heard upon appeal from FL as most belive as the lawyers used a nasty trick - change the case name and change a question to hten turn into a new case when it is not. Two separate issues were resolved; one was 7-2 and one was (is!) 9 as 5-4 as 1. Gore sued in FL not Bush! I was living in Palm Beach County at the time but it was not possible for me to pursue it back then; I had to wait until early 2007 as I had no choice. As soon as I could I then filed suit as I saw this mess coming and so took copious notes.

Not one authority would uphold or enforce the law and some committed more acts of crime agaisnt me and my kids as my case began as a family perpetrated kidnapping; what started as discrimination of owmen became discrimination ofg me exactly and crimes personal in nature. When it escalted to a federal elvel I could then sue in federal court as that is how I stood down the entire federal governemnt one person at a time until I sat in US Supreme court as I exhausted every single solitary remedy that is supposed to be available to us but is not. So-called authorities refuse to do their duties thus they renegotiate the contract against your will. Now congress openly states they will not obey the law; Nancy Pelosi went so far as to say there would be no impeachments and Bush? LOL! He does not have the legal power or moral authority to pardon anybody!!! I took my stand in a Philadelphia PA courtroom in December of 2000 BEFORE he was sworn in so he was never, ever legal. He actually sat while I am legal. Actual reality and legal reality are two different things and our law even states this as it reads ACTUAL war not legally declared war. You can and may have a man actually sit but he is not then the legal President. When Clinton committed perjury? LOL! He then relenquished moral authority which is the office of Commander. When he went on TV and said he did not lie at first? He gave away legal power which is the office of President. Chain of comamnd was not restored by Bush V gore and so is still interrupted.

Any citizen can write and issue an Executive Order if the need arises as your one vote is the power of Executive Order. I did this, signed it "The acting legal President and Commander" and Roberts obeyed it in Marhc & April of 2008. The problem? I ordered the court ot hear my case so they did not realizing in any pro se, constitutional authority case of o.j. hrearing is then both reading and oral argument as you must inform the people. They heard me by conferencing me only. Thus I was awarded half of my vote! The half I entered with! In effect roberts claimed one and one half votes for himself. Better than voting twice for President a la Bush V Gore but still not justice for women or for me alone. By obeying that order? My authority was made real; I then became the President and commander only nobody knows it as it makes men squirm.

One of the hurdles a person has to overcome to then press this suit? You have to be able to make the case so you must prove that you suffered injury and will continue to suffer if this is not addressed and that IF - IF - you had been on the ballot you could have won and then acted as President and Commander. You must prove this or else it is a political question being adjudicated as an equal protection issue and the federal court has done that once in US history: Bush V Gore. The only way it is not political?

If you're a woman as all men have unclean hands!!! I alone never needed to prove anything, only male litigants did, but I proved it regardless. As the Court now has to re-secure authority and roberts must check himself then I am confident I will recieve oral argument. Also in my unique case that is the only effective remedy. A good sign? If you goto the SCOTUS website you'll find n orepsonse by the solicitor but then my case set for conference on the %th. That is because as soon as roberts received my application for a stay he acted upon it and so he set me for conference.

I beat these guys at their own game; I asked Roberts within In Re Susan 08-6622: I have a novel request to make: As John Roberts is one of the causes of my current situation, may I be awarded his death as remedy and relief? I actually died but survived it and it seems as if he may need to have that same experience to then teach him what he does not know.

I am seriously considering amedning my petition to include the fact that Obama may have traveld outside the US on an Indonesian passport. As we do not acknolwedge dual citizenship - period - and as I mentioned this in my appendices, he may not even be a US citizen as once you leave on a passport not American then you must reapply for citizenship once you return as it - traveling upon another nation's passport - constitutes surrendering your citizenship. I do not know if this is fact; another citizen told me it was so I might ask the court to investigate this as if it happened paperwork is genrated. The other charge I might include?

As soon as Obama recived notice of my suit he then began those phony baloney press conferences. People, it is conditioning and propaganda to do what he is doing. Once you make it seem as if it is official and so legal to do what he is doing and even go so far as to make up signage and so 'create' an office that does not exist, it is a crime. As Obama knows he is not qualified for the office and ran anyway? It is treason; it exceeds the legal definition as it constitutes overthrow. It is meant to make you believe a lie as truth! It is a deliberate attmept to skew that emotional compass until it is almost not working so that you do not realize you are suffering a denial of liberty and your human rights. I'm the expert: It is a violation of your very lives. It equates you to animals not people. It even makes your death - proof of death - in defense of an instituion not a constitution 'legal'. No American is ever to die in defense of an institution but only a constituion beginning with your very own as YOU are a constitution. If you do not defend yourself first then you do not have the ability to defend me or anyone not even your own kids.

I can state with confidence Obama is not qualified as any innocent person would go ahead and release the record; no inocent person would work so hard to hide it. I truly belive his lawyers advised him that what a citizen would have to meet was so strict and so difficult to do that he would never have to worry. I can hear McCain being told and so deciding the same thing: I can so I will as in I can get away with it so I will. People, nothing but nothing is a conicdence; you are correct ot state that this resolution and other antics were all meant as a set up. They all knew and did it regardless!

All of you should be outraged. The law? It is time to march on DC and after I was denied and so Marbury is violated it became a duty! Let's see if Obama is man enough to meet me in federal court - all by himself. Lol, I volunteered to handicap myself by arguing this cold w/o notes or anything. I'd tell you to wish me luck but there is no such thing as luck either and even if there was?

I do not need luck as I possess US law.

Even when it is this, how can you not love America? Where else can one citizen do this? I'm pissed but I'm also very grateful as anywhere else I would have no legal recourse; we'd all be forced to suffer. This is why you do not let people turn you into a willing victim; here you do not stand on the shoulders of giants as people say but next to them as US law makes you yourself a giant.

P.S. I had to hold all 300 million of you liable; if I then prove you had zero opportunity as you are injured you are released from liability and then you can run too if choose to volunteer. Holding you liable was my best means to then secure you your rights as you can then dissolve any person who injured you. All you have to do is make your own case. Think of it like a job application. Something tells me I'll be needing to fill lots of vacancies and not with persons involved in one of the most corrupted administrations ever - Clinton-ites. Don't laugh; I did not get where I am by believing I'd lose.
