I forgot to add in my post that it's crazy that nobody appears to be regulating or providing any oversight at the County level over this company to ensure they deliver what they claim they are.

I'm not a gamer however it runs so slow at times it's very noticable.
I powered them both down and plugged in directly from the modem, bypassing the router and had the same issues. Any idea who the count emplyee is?
