Matt "So, Obama's choice for Dpet of Treasure didn't pay his taxes for the years 2001 - 2004, and he's going to lead the IRS?"
Kerry "Matt, he's made mistakes, honest mistakes, he's paid his back taxes. The people of this country, I'm sure can understand an honest person making a mistake"
Ok, but he's going to head up the Dept of the Treasury....
Kerry "He's a smart man, a highly intelligent man, perfect for the job!!"
WHAT!?? Smart, Intelligent (I think he threw the genius word around too).. Friggin genius couldn't even figure out how to do his taxes for THREE years running.. he's a regular friggin brain surgeon that one.
Not once did Matt call him on it.. or say wait.. How smart is someone that can't do their taxes correctly.. or WAIT.. if I didn't do my taxes, the IRS wouldn't be claiming I made an innocent mistake.
How does that go.. Ignorance of the law isn't..
