Roscoe was found yesterday. Unfortunately he is no longer with us. I am not sure exactly what happened to our little guy.
He was found and brought home yesterday by two nice people that live on the street next to ours. I can't bring myself to look at him. I have been up all night crying. I feel so guilty.
