Nacho, sorry you're heartbroken. It really sucks to feel that way, I think most of us have been there.
After I ended a long relationship, I went on a nice vacation with my friends and had a great time. It felt good just to get away for a little while. I know that's probably harder to do when you have kids but it's something to think about. Take some time for yourself and do something you've always wanted to do. Force yourself to get outta the house, sitting there thinking about this will just drive you crazy.
