| Absolute divorce
Can anyone tell me the steps of proceeding with an absolute divorce doing this yourself? I understand after a prolonged seperation (8 years) it can be filed through the courts. Do you still need to actually serve the paper work to the other person? Can it be mailed? Like by priority which needs a signature? I have the papaerwork from online so I can get this done, but am unsure of the steps to proceed. Also, do not have the new address for where this person lives. I have a P.O. box.. |
