I have a P.O. box.. | To answers a couple of your ?s...I did a self divorce in 2000 or 2001 and I did have to file it thru the courts, have to have someone mail the other party the divorce papers and yes, you need that person's signature. You can't mail the papers b/c you have to have complete seperation from the soon to be ex. Have a friend, parent, etc do it. Hope this helps and best of luck to you!! |
