I'm a Republican, not a Democrat, ( though not for long, I'll probably not vote at all, because it's all the same garbage on BOTH sides ), and B: I'm not trying to help the Senator at all, since he's in on the above conspiracy
with the Republicans.
Both he and Congressman O'Donnell were appraised of this same situation in their own district four years ago and neither one of them has done anything to end it, even though two of the Senator's other cousins are two of the ADULTS, ( both residents of VIRGINIA, [ meaning they are not even eligible to be in Md. state "care"! ] ), who have been forced into this District's system for the fraud money. The Dyson administration's official response was : "Don't threaten the Senator"... ( with promises to expose this crime? ), and Congressman O'Donnell's personal response was : "This is a very delicate situation."
This corruption is going on all over the country in both party's administrations. Greed and inhumanity has no party affiliation.

The Ways And Means Committee in DC has just met with the AFRA, ( Call the W & M Committee up and ask them ). They found none of Mr. Brown's evidence to be "the fraud". Why? Because they have plenty of proof

The citizens of this country who have been abused by these crooks are sick and tired of being destroyed. The parents who haven't yet had to deal with this abuse are finding out these charges are true and that if they do not act now on behalf of their fellow neighbors, then their children will be next and/or their pockets will be picked clean empty by counties crying poor mouth when they're swimming in FEDERAL money.
As per a recent report by Brian Simms at WBAL TV, the money received for the welfare of the children, medical needs, etc., are not even being used for this purpose. Heck, they can't even find the kids!! They're MIA just like Rilya Wilkins, but just as in her case, all the check$$$$$ keep on pouring into the foster care parent's bank accounts. In 2002 Illinois lost 797 children - and no one sent the check$$$$$ back...

In 1997 alone, in Maryland, 48,000 children were taken by DSS. Only 14,000 were proven to be taken from anything that barely resembled a "negligent/abusive home", which can mean anything from a dirty dish in the sink to a Playboy Magazine laying out on the coffee table.
What happend to the 34,000
other children who came from innocent homes? I'll tell you. They were kept unlawfully and floated through the system for the federal funding it could bring into the state ; for the money the state could pick out of YOUR pocket.
My whistle-blower reports that : "Not one of those children went home even when the innocent parents were forced to fulfill every state requirement for recovery. I and my colleagues were instrumental in getting all of the files opened", but that is where the expose' ended since all of those colleagues were state-paid employees... Not one child went home...
This is happening, because every neurotypical child the state can steal from a family brings the state around $30,000 in federal funds. For every disabled child they can steal, ( or make from a previously normal child through such methods as forced psychotropic drug use ), the state can pull in anywhere from $40,000 - $150,000.
For every child they can adopt out the social workers can get a head bounty of between $4000 and $6000 in Federal Funds - no matter how many times the child is placed, and re-placed, and re-placed, and re-placed "because the first 4,5,6 times didn't work out."
