interestingly enough, with the current number of evictions and foreclosures in the state, Im not hearing too much about the government stepping in with rent assistance for those strapped, however, it has been mentioned quite a bit lately about a bailout for those people that really thought a 1500 dollar pay check was all they needed each month to buy a 1.4 million dollar house and put the hummer in the driveway.

I think you should auction off forums that the owners don't want to renew to the highest bidder. Starting at the annual fee and what ever you get over and above you can donate to a charity. Some people might like to delve through the archives of certain forums.
