Dang Avatars....

I am finally getting used to this forum stuff, so I wanted to get an avatar, other than the ones offered on here. I searched the forum and found some avatar website suggestions.

I went on one sight at home, got some kind of virus and messed my computer up. While that's being fixed, I went on one at work, had to register so I registered and never received the email to finish registering. So I went on another website, registered and same thing, never received the email. So now I am wondering if the system thinks it's spam and isn't letting it through.

Is there an avatar website out there doesn't doesn't make you register and you can download an avatar? I'm not even sure if I can download one here at work.

You can take any pic you want and make it an AV - as long as it is a certain dimension (pixels) and/or certain file size.

EDIT - 100x100 Pixels - and/or under 48.8 KB

That's one that I had to register and wait for the email to be sent to my account to finish registering. Never got the email....

I've never registered - I think that's only for chat. Just find an avatar you like, right-click on it, choose 'Save As' and save it to your hard drive. Easy.
