Too bad the Vietnamese place did not work out. I ate there twice and while he served alot of his stuff on paper plates and plastic forks, it was not bad. He could not compete I guess with Montery's (UGH) or Chef's (which I still want to try).

I LOVE Vietnamese food. The food was decent but the cockroach that joined us while we were dining killed my appetite.

The new Indian restaurant, Bollywood Bistro, is owned and operated by the owner of Curry of India in Waldorf. For those of you who haven't been there, this is REAL Indian food! What a blessing to have this in Southern Maryland! I, for one, am thrilled to have this restaurant open up so close to Base. I have lived New York, the capitol of great Indian food in this country, so I'm pretty familiar with what good Indian food is like, and this is definitely good Indian food! I highly recommend giving Bollywood Bistro a shot. I plan on eating there at least once a week myself!
