Why do the clowns not have a right to be funny, rude or harrassing?

And there are plenty of threads where the OP got the info they requested. Case in point the person asking about moving to Waldorf. She received tons of replies and was not harassed because she didn't act like a clown.

It's the goofs who have an attitude that usually receive the flamings they deserve.
Mike that is not the point, if someone wanted to come to somd.com they should be able to do so and know they are not going to be subjected to the bullshiat that happens in here. If certain people like to have fun with each other thats fine, but when someone says, enough is enough and express they are not comfortable with the way they are being treated then it is time to back off.

I never said it was all threads or all newbies that experince this at all times. But it does happen. We are all adults in here (for the most part), it should not be asking too much if the person on the other end does not feel comfortable with the way a member is speaking to them to ask them to back off.

Why are you bringing his mom into this? Isn't that kinda like BF bringing your wife into shiat?

If those people have a problem, they should simply leave the forum. Problem solved.

Legally it won't work like that.

Like I read every single post and know what every single member's real name is. So, you know, I can be on the lookout for initials and such.

Then there was the outrage because Person 1 was romantically involved with Person 2, and I was somehow supposed to know that and start chopping off heads when another poster mentioned it, because apparently it was some huge secret that nobody on the forum was supposed to know about (except me).

THEN there was the outrage because someone had a problem with someone else in real life, and I was supposed to keep them from making any posts either directly or indirectly referencing the complainer.

GROW UP.
Sure that happens, but with saying that you also know about the other threads where people accused others of doing things they may or may not have done, Penn for example.

Or how about when the lady jumped from the bridge and people who did not even know the woman was in here talking trash about her, for not only her freinds to read, but her family as well. They just lost someone and have people in here writing shiat like that was disgusting.

Again, I ask why should they leave, when they have done nothing wrong?

let me add this is a community forum, for the people of the community not just a select few that have been in here since the beginning and think they can run people out.

Like I said in my other post, if you are at a public event or place and you don't like the company that is there, you either leave, or you choose to stay. If you choose to stay, you have no business complaining about the people or events there.

Same holds true here.

My point is... If the cyber bullying laws pass, ideas like this one will be obsolete.

If I were at a public event that had rules and regulation set up such as most forums do, and I was being harrassed by another person at this event, and they would not back off after I had asked them to, I would find someone in authority to report it too and expect them to handle it.

Because he wants to get a reaction and thinks I'm going to respond to his juvenile with threats and insults about his family like he does.

A few people pointed that out to me. And don't report it either, let it stay so everyone can see what kind of sad, sick, sorry old man Bonehead is.
