| State Job Openings… I know many have thought that the bulk of the state jobs are located in Baltimore, this is not always true. In fact, the Tri-county area has had a terrible time recruiting qualified applicants. Most of the jobs available do require a bachelor’s degree and there are current openings in Social Services and Parole & Probation. They provide a low salary, a high work volume, many critics, and a benefits package. If you are looking for a new job working with people, stop by and browse, perhaps you will find something for you. | I hope it helps many 'someone’s,' as there are about 15-20 positions projected to be filled in the Tri-county area. I cannot stress enough to be sure unofficial transcripts are attached to each application. If they are not, they are tossed in the garbage without any notification to the applicant. Many jobs close between 3/23 and 4/4. Also, there are some IT jobs available with the Judiciary Government (courts) in P.G. and Annapolis and it is rumored that there will be some additional court clerk jobs opening up (high school and administrative work) in the Tri-county area as well.
