The times listed on all the posts are messed up and I don't know how to fix it... All the posts are 2 hours in the future.

Which time zone am I supposed to select? I have Eastern... I thought this was the east???

Don't everyone offer assistance at once.

Mine has the right time and it's set for GMT -5:00 Eastern Time (US and Canada) Bogata & Lima. That's what it said when I looked at my settings.

User Control Panel / Settings and Options

Make sure Automatic DST is enabled. Make sure the right time zone is selected.

Your own computer should automatically set DST correctly, but if you're using Windows XP, go to Control Panels / Date & Time and check the time and DST settings.

It's Windows 8 and I don't know what all that means.

Come do it for me.
