It was only 20 mins - it just takes people time to realize we're back in black.

That was normal to me - we get the occasional hiccup or downtime. It's just the everyday few minutes hate that I don't see.

What I saw was what I believe most are talking about with "server too busy."

It may seem normal to you, but it is happening more and more often and it is what people are complaining about. David even explained that it was your servers getting slammed.
