If you are a paid member and you get sat out, you do NOT get your money back. Since you are a paid member, you have a perfectly good private forum to vent your spleen, and that's where those types of threads should go. This should be good motivation for you to behave yourself in public.

PS, the Private forum is still somewhat of a free-for-all. The above rules do not apply in there unless you really get carried away.

This is your warning.

As with anything else involving humans, we have to use our judgement on a case by case basis. If two members are having a mutual heated discussion, we'll let them go. If it's obvious that the attack is one-sided, the thread goes into the Private and the offender gets a time out.

We get a lot of reported posts where the actual post reported IS pretty offensive. Then you read the whole thread and it was actually the person who reported the post that started it - they needled someone until they exploded, then reported the explosion. So there you go.
