HELP!! Bird Down!!

The baby crow has been rescued!!! We just got back from dropping him off at a local rehabber. Thanks to J & L for taking him in.

Okay, we've called all the numbers we can find for rescue and gotten answering machines. We'll keep trying, but I'm afraid this little guy/gal won't make it. Anybody else have any suggestions? The vet's has closed. Guess I'll just keep waiting by the phone...

Found a baby crow in the backyard. Can't find any apparent nest, but there was a very tall pine tree nearby. Don't know if it fell out or what. Hubby has put it in a large utility bucket and says it's legs look like they may be injured. You out there Inkpen?? Anybody know who else we can contact for help? BTW, we're in the Charlotte Hall area.

Working at PAX I immediately thought you meant a plane down. If there is local Vetinary clinic open you should call them. Waldorf has an Emergeny Vet center you might try calling. Sorry I don't know the number.
