need vet for old cat

Friends recently moved to Waldorf. They have an old diabetic cat with many health issues. They are looking for a good vet who will work with them as they do lots of home care (checking blood values daily, giving insulin, fluids, etc) Any suggestions appreciated.

Charles County Animal Hospital off 925, I think on Central ave. It's one of those cut-throughs. We switched to there recently when our doggy tore his ACL...Dr. Miller I think is his name. Can't remember, which must mean it's been a while and is time for a check up.
