People to People World Leadership Forum

My 10yo daughter was invited to attend this forum for a week in DC. Has anyone elses younguns been involved with this?? It seems pretty interesting. I wonder since she was invited if they wave the tuition. It's a little steep, but I believe she would get alot out of it. TIA

I was invited a couple of years ago to go. I really enjoyed it. I learned about the government and policies and stuff. They don't wave the tuition if you were invited.
