FOUND!!! Two small beagles (maybe puppies), one male, one female, wandering in the Landings at Cedar Cove (outside of Gate 3). They both have brown collars and the female has rabies tags from the Pax River Vet (but they are closed today). If these are your dogs call (301) 863-6115 to claim them.
