Get out to a local farm stand and get a few boxes of strawberries. Wash them, cut the tops off, single layer them on a cookie sheet, and throw them in the freezer. Then make daiquiris!
3 tablespoons frozen limade concentrate, undiluted
3/4 cup light rum
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 cups unsweetened frozen strawberries
Place in a blender and process smooth. May need to add a little water (or more rum!) if mixture is very thick. Serve in a tall glass, topped with spray whipped cream and a straw - YUM!!! -
PS substitute water or 7-Up for the kiddies
