Worlds Smallest Airplane

The world’s smallest twin-engine airplane has a wingspan of 16 feet, weighs 158 pounds (without pilot), runs on two 15 horsepower engines, cruises at 120 mph, has a range of 310 miles and can do aerobatics. This amazing aircraft is called Cri-cri (French for "cricket")

...so, 160 for the plane, call it 180 or so for the pilot, round it up to 350 pounds for 30 hp. How does that work out in thrust to weight?

Horsepower does not convert directly to pounds of thrust, but for comparison a Cessna 180 with a Continental O-470-A engine has 225 hp and a max load of 2550 lbs.
