Used to have a 55 gal fish tank with a sheet of Plexiglas for a cover. The cat would sit on it and watch the fish. Had the cover off cleaning the tank and she hopped up where she thought the cover was. Had an expression like that first pic as she sank in the water.

Since I have 3 cats, I know that experience all too well :lmao:

Now if only I can figure out why I have to wrestle the Lab into the bathtub. :ohwell:

Those are some pissed off pussies. :lmao: I've only bathed a cat once and it was only a kitten because it was full of fleas when I adopted it. THAT was an experience I'll never forget. :jameo:

Yea why is that? My lab acts like her legs are broken when i tell her to get in the tub.. when she finally starts to get in she moves in slow motion.. guess i need to start taking a bottle of shampoo to the river.. she doesn't mind getting in that water!

It makes me appreciate my cat more because he doesn't mind getting a bath whenever I give him one. He just hates me when I wrap him up in a towel like a burrito to dry him off :killingme

:jameo: I just went through this friday night with not one, not two, but FIVE cats! :faint: And every one of them fought tooth and nail! By the time I was done, I was just as wet as they were! :lmao:

This is a picture of Nemo in January after a bath. He was not happy!

Exactly. To make matters worse, Labs are stubborn and I have to fight to keep her in the tub. And, it's not like their virtually water-proof coat helps any. Sometimes, I just want to do what Tom Hanks did in "Turner and Hooch." :lmao: So much for being a "water dog." :ohwell:

And with the cats, I'm tempted to tie them to the deck and use one of those Mr. Clean car wash set ups.
