Has an electrical problem, think its a relay. Does anyone know of a good shop in Charles County?

What kind of electrical problem? You could google and perhaps find a forum where someone has dealt with this before. I have saved a bundle that way. Of course it helps to be mechanically inclined.

There is a place on Ford Circle (?) and Post Office Rd. From Rt 5 turn left on to Post Office Rd. 1/4-1/2 mi on left is Ford Circle turn left here. The shop is on the right, it has a pond behind it. I can't remember the name but the Korean guy who runs it is a Honda/Acura specialist. Very reasonable too.

Its called Jungs and it is directly acrooos from the emissions place. Its my understanding that he only deals with Honda parts and was a former Honda dealer employee gone solo. Need to take my Accord there myself for new timing belt.

BINGO! We have a winnah!

I took my old 93 Integra there when I needed a new radiator installed.

Starts when it wants - not when needed.

Sounds like brushes in the starter (especially if it starts after sitting for a while but doesn't shortly after running), have you had the starter checked?

Starter's fine. Changed it and still had problem.

How about the neutral safety switch, did you have that checked? And does it crank when it won't start or is it just dead?

Didn't check the safety switch, but the car will turn over but sometimes it just won't start.

If it turns over than it's not the safety switch, sounds like secondary electrical issues in the ignition system.

A friend told me it was one of the 84 relays in the car. The hassle will be having it diagnosed to find out which one.

Perhaps fuel pump issue? Not sure if it has electric pump mounted in the tank or not. I have a 96 Accord I just bought and still learning about it. The fact that sometimes it runs and then doesn't makes me think you have some sort of fuel delivery problem that may be electrical in nature. Have you noted what your fuel levels are when the car won't run as opposed to when it does run?

Nope.
